Computer Security Products, Inc. is dedicated to helping people in the
battle against computer and technology theft. Overview
Computer Security Products, Inc. is searching for an Inside Sales Rep
/ Situation Solver. Our goal is to add a new member
to our team that fits our culture of accountability, focus, and fun. This
is a far greater priority than your current level of experience for
the specific job.
The right candidate will be able to quickly advance their skill, knowledge,
and experience in the required areas to become the high performing
teammate we are looking for. If you have a love of learning and continual
personal improvement, you will be the person we need. The Top 6 Reasons
YOU WOULD NOT want to work for us:
- You love a job where everything
stays stable, and you can’t stand those
stupid buzz words like “Continuous Improvement” and other such
nonsense.
- Your friends describe you as an “over-achiever” but
you hate “labels” so
you are trying to be like everyone else.
- You begin to get the sweats when
you think about the need to step out of your “box “ and
try new ideas.
- You have to run to the bathroom at the thought of sitting
down with your coach and mapping out an “Individual Development
Plan” to
learn new skills.
- You find a need to wear a “Hoodie” to
work, so you can pull it over your head to drown out the creativity,
fun, and enthusiasm you see
and hear
going on around you from our high performing team.
- At CSP Inc.,
ethics and integrity are absolutely paramount. If you would even consider
misleading a prospect to make a sale, please don’t apply.
As
a Sales Rep / Situation Solver, you have to be friendly and helpful
to a fault. If this is a skill that you possess and is natural to you,
then
you will be considered

strong interpersonal skills. This is not just the standard platitude,

to close the sale.
