PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Computer Security Products, Inc. ships internationally to any country that UPS delivers to. All international orders MUST be prepaid via EFT. No international credit cards are accepted. Just go through the checkout process, enter your email address when prompted and you will receive EFT information. All monies are stated and billed in US dollars. We will release your order once payment has been received.

Any taxes, duties, or fees are the responsibility of the receiver. You may be charged an additional 10%-30% of the purchase price on delivery to cover these and any other charges.

Items marked as free US shipping, or flat rate shipping do not apply to international orders. Please contact us to get shipping charges on these items.

 

Damaged Merchandise: Please be aware, due to the guidelines from our shipping partners, all claims for merchandise that may have been damaged during shipping are due no later than 10 Days after the receipt of merchandise. If you have any questions about our return policy, please call 1-603-889-9899.

Returns:  Equipment may not be returned for warranty or credit without our authorization number clearly labeled on the outside of the shipping carton.  Authorization numbers are available from the main office. 

Any returned equipment which is to be credited against your account must be returned in like new condition.  Please use the same packing material as originally received. If the original material is not available, there must be 3" of packing material surrounding the product, per UPS guidelines. If you are using a return carrier other than UPS, please follow their shipping guidelines to ensure safe delivery. Products returned damaged will be subject to a restocking fee commensurate with the damage.

A 20% restocking and testing fee may be charged for non-defective returns to be credited to your account. Original shipping charges are not refundable.  Returns for non-defective merchandise will not be accepted after 60 days.  The Barcode Labels and Asset Tags line have a "No Return" Policy due to customization, along with any other customized product. Freight collect returns will not be accepted.  Call 1-603-889-9899 or email for RMA # and shipping address for returns.

 

We reserve the right to refuse to ship to or fill an order. All international orders require prepayment by EFT before shipping, unless terms have been preapproved. If UPS does not deliver to your country, we are not able to ship to you. Sorry :)
