PURCHASE ORDERS:   Please fax or email your purchase order to the number or address at the bottom of this page. If we need further information to set up your credit account we will contact you. Once your account is set up, you may also purchase with a Purchase Order number directly online.  

QUOTES: Print an official quote for your Purchasing Department! This quote has all of our Vendor information and is good for 30 days. To print a quote, just:

3. Click 'view cart'
4. Verify the shipping zip code
5. Choose the shipping method
6. Click 'Save/Print Official Quote'

Once you are ready to purchase, you can return to our website and load the quote into your shopping cart to purchase. Those institutions with approved credit will be able to purchase with a Purchase Order number directly online. Call us at (800) 466-7636 to get your net terms set up.

OTHER PAYMENT TYPES:   Orders can also be charged to your MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or prepaid by check or money order.

Damaged Merchandise: Please be aware, due to the guidelines from our shipping partners, all claims for merchandise that may have been damaged during shipping are due no later than 10 Days after the receipt of merchandise. If you have any questions about our return policy, please call 1-800-466-7636.

Returns:  Equipment may not be returned for warranty or credit without our authorization number clearly labeled on the outside of the shipping carton.   Authorization numbers are available from the main office.  Any returned equipment which is to be credited against your account must be returned in like new condition.  A 20% restocking and testing fee will be charged for non-defective returns to be credited to your account.  Returns for non-defective merchandise will not be accepted after 60 days.  The STOP Security Plate and the Barcode Labels and Asset Tags line have a "No Return" Policy due to customization.  The Barcode Scanner software line is also non-returnable. Any other customized products are not returnable. Freight collect returns will not be accepted.  Call 800-466-7636 for RMA # and shipping address for returns.
