PURCHASE ORDERS: Computer Security Products, Inc. accepts all Educational/Government Institution Purchase Orders. We also accept corporate purchase orders from approved companies. To apply for credit, please fax your standard credit references to the fax number on the bottom of the page.

Damaged Merchandise: Please be aware, due to the guidelines from our shipping partners, all claims for merchandise that may have been damaged during shipping are due no later than 10 Days after the receipt of merchandise. If you have any questions about our return policy, please call 1-800-466-7636.

Returns: Equipment may not be returned for warranty or credit without our authorization number clearly labeled on the outside of the shipping carton. Authorization numbers are available from the main office.

Any returned equipment which is to be credited against your account must be returned in like new condition. Please use the same packing material as originally received. If the original material is not available, there must be 3" of packing material surrounding the product, per UPS guidelines. If you are using a return carrier other than UPS, please follow their shipping guidelines to ensure safe delivery. Products returned damaged will be subject to a restocking fee commensurate with the damage.

Original shipping charges are not refundable. Returns for non-defective merchandise will not be accepted after 60 days. The STOP Security Plate and the Barcode Labels and Asset Tags line have a "No Return" Policy due to customization, along with any other customized product. Freight collect returns will not be accepted. Call 800-466-7636 for RMA # and shipping address for returns.
