The Grommet hole allows access to internal power outlets from the top of the cart, OR can be replaced with the optional Pop up Power Center.

This optional Pop Up Power Center provides power and cable access to the top of the cart, allowing users to power equipment being used on top, such as projectors. This power center needs to be plugged into an external plug.

This optional Pop Up Power Center comes uninstalled.

Cable Management

• Cord winders and grommets allow neat and organized cord management when moving the LapTop Cart. Cord winder and grommet holes (1³⁄₄" inside diameter) are mounted on the end of the LapTop Cart below the handle mounts.

Handle(s)

• Two (2) steel cord wraps (the lower portion of the handle assembly and the handle are used as cord wraps).
• Handle can be mounted on either side.
• A second handle can be added to the cart to allow cart to be transported from either side.

PADLOCKS

We offer an ABUS 55/40 Solid Brass Padlock, in a keyed different version, as an option to purchase.

If you purchase this padlock option, it will ship from a different warehouse than the laptop cart.

If you purchase several laptop carts, all padlocks will be keyed different unless you request otherwise. We also have keyed-alike, or master-keyed padlocks available.

The Laptop Cart includes the Timer Power Center, an easy to use UL Listed power strip that provides 2 outlets in the laptop cart. The Timer Power Center includes an on/off switch, circuit breaker protection, and 96 cycle / 15 minute setting intervals.

LAMINATE TOP

• Durable 1¹⁄₈" laminated wood top with T-molding allows for use of printers, projectors, and other equipment on top of the unit.
• Provides a smooth work and writing surface, unobstructed by handles or metal lip
• Grommet hole allows access to internal power outlets.
• Grommet can be replaced with optional Pop Up Power Center.

CONSTRUCTION

• Includes (2) 5" swivel foot brake casters and (2) 5" rigid casters.
• Consists of 16-gauge steel end uprights, 18-gauge steel base and shelves, 20-gauge steel back and side panels, and 14-gauge steel reinforced caster mounts.
• Black powder coat finish. 100% of all painted steel components are powder coated finish, powder coating is the most environmentally safe coating method available today.
• Rubber corner bumpers extend beyond all surfaces of the LapTop Cart to protect the cart as well as walls, doorways, and furniture
• Comes standard in gray. Other colors can be special ordered. Call for details.

DIVIDER

• The laptop slot dividers are removable to facilitate the storage of other devices when the laptop slots are not being used.

The LapTop Cart incorporates a unique Power Management Divider which:

• Is constructed of a single piece of 20-gauge steel, spaced 1⁷⁄₈" apart and is removable to facilitate the storage of other devices when laptop slots are not being used. Maximum brick thickness able to be stored between dividers is 1⁷⁄₈" wide.
• Incorporates a design conducive to airflow and assists with the dispersing of heat from the power supply and the laptops
• Laptop compartment space: 1⁷⁄₈" w x 12³⁄₄" h.
• Laptop compartment size can accommodate up to 17" screen laptops
• Black powder coat finish
• Provides a cord management solution by wrapping the laptop power supply cords around the divider to keep the cords neat and organized. This is done by removing the Power Management Divider (PMD) from the LapTop Cart, placing the power supply on the PMD, wrapping the cords, and then securing the power supply and cords to the PMD with a plastic wire tie. That laptop cord is threaded through the top holes of the PMD so to land in the appropriate location. The PMD is then inserted back into the LapTop Cart and the electrical plug is plugged into the power strip located inside the rear access panel. The power strip is then plugged into the timer.

• Tambour door is constructed of 30mm wide and 12¹⁄₂mm thick blue tint translucent grade PVC slats.
• Secured by 16-gauge black steel handles and lock hasp which requires a padlock to lock (padlock not included)
• Retractable tambour door design requires smaller footprint to open and close doors and provides easier access to store laptops than traditional hinged swinging doors.
• Translucent doors allow users to conduct visual inventory inspection of stored items, as well as charging status.
