Domestic Shipments
- Our normal policy is to ship all packages via UPS, unless otherwise specified.
- If your order qualifies for freight shipping, we will call you with the different costs and delivery time, and allow you to determine if you want or can accept freight deliveries. Some products can only ship freight and are noted on their product page.
- We will only ship FedEx on request. If you want to use your own FedEx account, we will still charge a $12 service fee (which is a direct cost of what FedEx charges us for a pickup.) This service charge applies to ground shipments only. There will be no additional service charge on FedEx Express shipments on your account.
- We only ship USPS on request. Call for charges.
Canadian Shipments
- We normally ship via UPS, using UPS as the international broker unless you specify otherwise. We may use other carriers as appropriate. You are responsible for any taxes, duties and customs charges that may apply.(UPS charges a broker fee in rural areas of around $20-$30, even on small packages). If you have your own broker or would like us to work with a different shipping company, just give us a call at (800) 466-7636 or specify on your order.
- For smaller orders, we may be able to ship via USPS. If you prefer USPS shipments, give us a call at (800) 466-7636 or specify on your order. We will let you know via phone or email if we are able to do this and what the difference in cost is. If there is an increase in costs, we will hold your order until we get authorization to charge the additional amount.
- Items marked as free US shipping, or flat rate shipping do not apply to international orders. Please contact us to get shipping charges on these items.
Damaged merchandise:
- Please be aware, due to the guidelines from our shipping partners, all claims for merchandise that may have been damaged during shipping are due no later than 10 days after the receipt of the merchandise. If you have any questions, give us a call.
Non-returnable items:
- CPU3, CPU3.5, CPU4 are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please ensure you are checking the interior and exterior dimensions prior to purchasing.
- Non-US CPU locker orders (any size) can not be returned or refunded.
- Customized products, including but not limited to, STOP security plates, Barcode asset tags, Asset Scanner software, and customized lock boxes are non-returnable.
