It would be easy for businesses to hand a product and the directions to an average person and ask them to assemble or install the product, and monitor the process to see how the directions could be clearer and more adequate. |

Extremely competent staff...my order was placed in seconds. The gentleman who took my order knew the product inside, out, and backward. He also suggested that I send product parcel post, when I was going to cancel order due to extremely high Fed Ex charges. In whole, excellent product, excellent service. |
