Update: This was a mistake on our part and the client never should have been charged for return shipping if the lock did not fit. She has been refunded the entire amount and has told us, "I will be happy to continue to use and refer others to your company." We apologize for the inconvenience and misunderstanding. |

I got quoted for 250, but was told after the order was placed that only 100 would be available to ship first thing. I then only received 55 out of the promised 100. I did not get contacted regarding the difference in the qty shipped, nor did I get contacted with an ETA on the remainder of the order.
Response: You are absolutely right. We only had 100 of that item and we played phone tag for 3 business days to give you different options and get a decision back from you what you wanted to do. By that time we were working with out of date information. We completely dropped the ball not looking up the current stock levels and informing you there were even less by that time. I’m very sorry for any problems that caused you, and thank you for keeping us accountable for this mistake so we can improve our service next time. |

Extremely competent staff...my order was placed in seconds. The gentleman who took my order knew the product inside, out, and backward. He also suggested that I send product parcel post, when I was going to cancel order due to extremely high Fed Ex charges. In whole, excellent product, excellent service. |
