[What could we have done to earn a higher rating?] The directions on the product were minimum. Just a photo or sketch would have made it much easier to understand. It would be easy for businesses to hand a product and the directions to an average person and ask them to assemble or install the product, and monitor the process to see how the directions could be clearer and more adequate.

I had ordered on-line and for some reason I received a message that they weren't shipping internationally at that time. I later e-mailed them asking if they were planning on shipping to Canada sometime in the future, only to be told that they have always shipped to Canada. I wanted to let you know that I am very pleased with the outstanding service I received from Mr. Daniel Hughes. I am required to purchase some locking mechanisms based on our recent Security Audit.
